Packaging complaint

One of the small bottles seal did not hold and during shipping leaked inside and thru the box. Packers may need to check seals before shipping. This is not a critique on product just packaging and shipping

Products Improperly Labeled, Killed Three Kittens, Took No Repsonsiblity

I purchased this product at a pet boutique. The product was boldly labeled "For Pets and People," indicating that it was safe for multiple species and multiple ages. In addition, the label stated, "I founded Wondercide to protect pets, people and property without harsh chemicals. Today, our full line of natural products protects families around the world. Stephanie and Luna."
My conclusion was this was a safe, mild product that could be used on my cats and kittens. I was fighting fungal infections in my cattery, so safe a safe mild product was a great find.
I had a litter of four kittens. Three had symptoms of the fungal infection and three were treated with Wondercide Skin Tonic Oil at about three weeks. Two of the kittens appeared dehydrated at the age of about four weeks. One died. I took the second one to the vet and we went through the process of trying to rehydrate the kitten, but it died also.
A third kitten stopped eating and I also took it to the vet. We had X-rays done on the kitten and discovered the liver was highly enlarged, and the kitten was anemic. We gave the kittens shots for the anemia and I started force feeding the kitten two to three times per day. The kitten held on, was not a normal kitten in it's mobility and activity, and finally passed after several weeks of trying to help this kitten.
I have one surviving kitten from this litter.
I contacted Wondercide on approximately 8-3-2020 regarding the problems their product had caused my kittens. I sent them X-rays, they discussed this with my vet, and then decided they owed me nothing. The reason? They had, in very fine small print at the bottom of the label, "Not for use on cats."
This, apparently, protects Wondercide. But it does not protect them from their apparent irresponsibility from their misleading product labeling. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PRECIOUS PETS.

Flea and tick spray

I normally don't write reviews but I want everyone to know that these products are not 100% safe. They come with risks just like any other medical product and before using them, you should be cautious and watch for any adverse reactions. So... here's my story. I have 3 dogs, a 16 year old border collie, a 8 month old german shepherd and a 13 year old blue tick. I used this product on all 3 dogs and 15 minutes later my border collie has ataxia and rapid eye movement. In other words he was falling all over the place and his eyes won't focus. I almost immediately washed him with dawn soap and he is still having severe symptoms. The eye movement isn't as severe 24 hours later, but all the other symptoms are still present. Only supportive care can be done at this point. He is getting fluids and we are making sure his body temperature is normal. It breaks my heart. He was a perfectly healthy older dog with only mild aches and pains. I am hoping he pulls through it.
